Need to download pictures from phone to computer

Check any updates of your phone for the software driver and install it to your computer..or betterremove your memory card and use card reader to download pictures or music.

To download pictures from your phone to your PC you'll need three (3) things.

(1) A USB cable to attach your phone to one of your computer's USB ports.
(2) The software program: Motorola Phone Tools downloaded and installed on your computer, and
(3) You'll also need to download and install the USB Charging Drivers for your phone to your computer.

As far as the USB cable, you can get one from eBay for a few dollars.

To download Motorola Phone tools and the USB Charging Driver you'll need to go the website listed below and sign up to become a member. You'll be emailed a confirmation which you'll use to log-into the website. From there you can get both the downloads you'll need for free.

After downloading and installing the software and drivers, re-start your computer. The software will automatically update itself. Then, plug the USB cable into your phone and into your computer. Then click the Motorola Phone tools icon (which now should be on your desktop). Then, just follow the directions when the program opens.
