My personal suggestion would be to go for these repair catalogs. I know this website reliable-store.com that i used to buy them
from, and they sold online it was very good manual. Go ahead, I bet.
Hello. Can you hear the drain pump running or humming? If it is humming or running, that means power is getting to the pump and the main board is actively initiating it properly. If running and not draining, most likely, there is food or other objects jammed in the pump or drain line. If you have a wet-dry vacuum, remove its filter from the motor(so it doesn't get wet), remove the drain line from under the sink, try to suck out the water with it. Sometimes, the high suction from a wet-dry vac can free a clog, especially if the drain pump is also running and trying to push water out. You might have to repeat this several times. If you can't get any water out, you will have to probably remove the pump and clean it out, and/or the drain hose also. If you are hesitant to do any of this, call for service because this can be a VERY involved repair. If you try to repair the unit yourself, ALWAYS TURN OFF THE POWER before starting--you are going to be around water and wires--think safety.
