I just got a new pc cause the old one crashed. It has windows 7 and when I try to install L&H Translator Pro the disk starts and it gives the option for what to choose but when I do it does not install it gives an error saying windows reported error number 0. I don't have any sound on my computer's internal speakers or my headphones after installing windows 7 pro on my averatec a2 all in one pc, can anyone help me?

You probably just need to install some fresh RealTek drivers. Normally, Windows Update should address this problem but if it doesn't then you can find the drivers you need here:

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/

And choose the High Definition Audio drivers for 64 bits Windows 7.

What's your problem? Is it possible to get my old windows 7 back after installing windows 7 ultimate & found to be snide how can I get my old windows back with no back up disk

Check your hard drive and see if there is a folder labeled windows.old

That is the old windows that was replaced by the new one. Click Start/My Computer and look on the C Local drive for windows.old

Then go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "how to restore windows.old" (without the quotes). Look for instructions from Microsoft site.
