I bought Printshop 3.0 Deluxe to replace Printshop 22 since I now have a computer with Windows 7. It is not work with Windows 7. I have contacted Support, tried to get customer support, tried several e-mails to Broderbund. They said it needs a patch to make it work on Windows 7 yet they are still selling it. What's up?

Microsoft's Windows 7 compatibility list shows this product as unknown at this time and recommends using the Vista compatible version. If you need to upgrade to the Vista compatible version there is a free update located at the link below.

I suggest that you tell us EXACTLY what the error-message stated.

Or, start the Windows Program Compability Wizard, and tell Windows 7 that you want to install a Windows XP program.
Then, install the software.
