The voicemail system has a Class of Service option to delete or forward messages that are left on the system. If you set it to delete all heard messages (old message) or unheard messages after X days, it will delete them. You can move mailboxes into different classes of service so they have variable expire times.

How do I reset the main password on our Panasonic KX-T7633? I cannot get into the main menu to change our greeting message.

Please consult with a system admin/phone tech. They may have the password. If they do not have your password, the password will need to be reset. In order to reset your password, a system admin/phone tech will need to access your system manager within your voicemail system to change or remove your password.

Employee has left dont Know Voicemail pin no or how to reset Panasonic KX-T7633

The only "pins" you need to know is the pin for mailbox 999 and/or 998. From 999 you can reset or erase the password to every other mailbox. 998 is where you record the greetings. That assumes a Pana TVA voicemail system.

Our Panasonic KX-T7633 phone always had Voice Mail up until about a week ago when it just disappeared. We have tried entering the *7105(Voicemailnumber)# But it still will not go to VoiceMail. I have...

If that (voicemailnumber) is 500, I'd be looking for the lights on the TVA voice mail system to see if they are solid green. You could have lost the synchronization.

I need to know how to access the general mailbox on the Panasonic KX-T7633 to change the message received when calling in after hours.

the general mailbox can be any mailbox from 100-998... or if you have 4 digit extension numbers, 1000-9998...or it can be one of a couple hundred other greetings if you are talking about custom service menus instead of a mailbox (all this is best determined by your local panasonic dealer/serviceman)

once you know which mailbox is your general mailbox:
1) call the voicemail
2) press "#6*" + the mailbox number
3) enter password then "#"
4) press options "3" then "1" then "1"
5) record your greeting then press "1" to stop the recording then "2" to save it
6) hang up

Checking voicemail remotely on Panasonic KX-T7633

If it's a Panasonic brand voice mail, when it answers, dial #6 * and your extension. Now you can put in the password.

Have purchased a Panasonic KX-T7633 phone system and am very unhappy with my technology provider. How can I find someone else in knoxville, TN?

You could try www.kxt411.com but there is only one dealer listed in Knoxville. If that's your guy, you might want to take this to email or another forum.

Your concerns might be something easily handled via the Panasonic rep.

Finally, you may contact me via email at [email protected] . This is not my real mailbox and I only check it once a day. Note to spammers, I flag and bounce 95% of the messages in this box.
I know someone in Sevierville (sp) who might be close enough and available to help you.

How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail?

If it's a Panasonic voice mail system you program a button for VoicemailTRansfer. Pick an unused button and label it VTR. Now, you need to know what the access number is for voice mail. It's usually 165 or 500. Then you press PROG the button and dial 94+ whatever number VM is and ENTER.

On the original installation, your installer should have at least given you 2 buttons, one for record and one for transfer. We usually give the customer a 3rd button called 2-way transfer. If your system is a TVA, there is a patch to record conversations as new messages, and if you have the optional LAN card(on the 50, it's already in the 200) for voice mail to email, it can send out the wav file at the end of the call.

Deleting voicemail

The only way I know to delete all at once is to have the system coordinator delete your mailbox and then re-install it. Most voicemail systems require you delete messages one at a time so you do noy accidently delete something you really wanted to keep. If your mailbox is deleted it will require you going through the set up process again ( message, nane and security code ). Good Luck. ....Mike
