Malibu 8300 appears to be a low voltage lighting fixture.
You might have the digital power pack???

indicates that the swivel point is bent and needs realigning
you can use a lubricant but what you describe is the same as a shopping trolley problem

go to setting --- select system settings --- restore default settings---

the password then should be set to 0000 so u can change your parent game setting/internet things.

I have the same problem. Powers on for 1 sec displaying "hello" and powers off.
