49 Err 6400444 turn off then on I have turn printer off alot and it still doesn't work

49=Firmware error..........
Recycle the printer power (off/on). Test.
Switch off then disconnect all printer cables.
Recycle the printer power (off/on). Check Err.
Switch off and Reboot PC.
Connect all and test.
Try another app to print from.
Try print a different file.

I think you have to change formatter board . cod. CC528-69002

there is problem with formater board first try to update firmware may be solve yours problem if not just change formater bord and enjoy

Remove the battery, press and hold the power button, or turn the power switch to ON position(depends on the option available in your Camera) for more than 30 Seconds and then reinsert the battery to resolve the issue.

You probably are printing with a newer version of adobe and have not upgraded the firmware on the printer. Go here and download the firmware update utility, first option for upgrades on the page. Once downloaded run this utility and it will ensure that your firmware is up to date. If you cannot get the printer to come to ready, you will need to clear any print jobs that are in the queue waiting to print first.

Had the same error. Turned out the pdf I wanted to print had an empty page. When I removed it, the error disappeared and I could print the document.

I had the same problem. The source of this problem, the USB printer port is broken, then I use network configuretion. The poblem is solve.
