Hi,
There is nothing much that can be done to speed up the system as it can not go beyond 1GHz Processing speed, but several operating system tweaks and some hardware upgrade could make a little but notable difference.
As for Hardware, you may increase the RAM. You can upgrade memory on ECS Elitegroup Computer G320 upto a maximum of 1.0 GB (The ECS Elitegroup Computer G320 takes the PC2100 DDR SDRAM SODIMMs Memory)
Secondly, You may increase the size of PAGE FILE, uninstall unwanted software, Remove unwanted start-up items, Clean Junk Files/ Temporary files, De-fragment the Hard Disk to achieve the maximum speed and performance that EliteGroup G320 PC can give.

Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!

Motherboard specification not available.

Are you uning the recovery CD or a new OS?

A new Os (XP) will allow the second drive even if the old one will not. Of course you can always add a USB hard drive and a USB PCI card to make it all work. What are you using this pc for seems a little old for todays applications. Suggestion If your going to use this that you Replace the main hard drive with a 120GB or larger, new video card at least 256MB if not 512 and at least 1 gig of memory as I believe it will only take a max of 1 gig. you cannot use vista as it requires more resources than this Pc can give to support the OS. you may want to try XP LITE as well one you get XP installed to speed it up a bit!

I have Intel 810e PIII 1 GHz 512 Mb Ram 20 GB HDD. OS Win ME I want to add secondary HDD. Which one should I preferr 80GB / 120GB / 160GB. and will install new OS say Win XP or linux in Secondary Hdd....

160gb - but ensure the bios is up to date and check the motherboard manual as that will or should explain about maximum capacity of hard drives but am sure it should be fine.

If it is not and does not detect all of it you can partition the partitions into smaller amounts ie 80 gb partitions each ?

I want to upgrade my procesor to faster procesor.

Upgrading processor is not likely a practical solution; find out the motherboard manufacturer and contact their site for more information. As to upgrading the motherboard, you'll have to know what kind/size of board your system will require. If you don't have lots of experience, this process is very risky.

Frankly, the cheapest way to upgrade your computer is to buy a used and working product with Windows XP already installed. Go to http://craigslist.com, select your city, and search for a brand name you trust. I've bought DOZENS of used computers very cheap that way (I'm writing this on a $2,200 Dell Latitude D620 I bought fiv months old for $500, who needed the cash!)

I INSTALLED MODEL T-S461-HSB TO MY WINDOWS XP AND IT STILL DON'T WRITE OR SHOW THE SIGNATURE THATS BEING WRITTEN DOWN. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG.

you download the software eapp for using the signature pads here is the minimum requirements of install eapp software

The eApp software was designed to function on both laptop and tablet PC computers.
Below are the hardware/software requirements for each configuration.
Note: eApp should run under Windows 2000, Windows XP Home and Media Center versions but Windows XP Professional (32 bit) and Windows Vista (32 bit) are the only 2 operating systems that the eApp help desk currently support. Use of an unsupported operating system can inhibit your ability to use eApp as it was intended and cause extra 3rd party support expenses.
