I have sasui mobile type ari condition uni. there is a problem with water coming out from back side. water not going though drain line. cooling dosent have problem.

what brand model number? it is refrigeration type meaning is has a compressor and cools the air. If the water is coming from drain hole it is doing its job AC remove moisture from the air and it condenses and drains out.

The condensation drain line has either gotten plugged or has fallen off.

The component of an A/C system that makes the air cold is called the evaporator, logically it needs to be in the air-conditioned space. In cars it's nearly always in the dashboard on the passenger side.

Warm air holds more moisture than cold air, so as air is circulated through the evaporator to cool it, the moisture in the air condenses back to liquid, like a mini rain shower in a box. That water, usually called condensate, has to go somewhere so there is a hole in the bottom of the evaporator and a tube to carry it out of the cab, through the firewall, into the engine compartment and onto the ground.

If the tube becomes plugged, condensate will accumulate until it overflows an air vent. If it comes off or cracks, the problem is obvious. It's pretty common for a condensate drain in a car to plug, junk falls into the intake vent that won't fit down the drain.

Clearing it would be simple if getting to it wasn't so involved, check your service manual for details.

its located on the firewall under the hood on the passenger side in the area of were the firewall becomes the floorboard were it bends. its just a hose hanging from the firewall that the water is too drain out of. on some of these you can pull the hose off and clean the hose and using something you can dig out any debris from the fitting that enters the firewall. be care full though as the heater core is close to the inner area of were the water is to drain out of. then re-install the drain hose that you took off and your done.

as far as maintenance your owners book tell of the intervals to change fluids,plugs and such. the water leak may be a clogged drain hose from the ac. out on the fire wall on the right side at the bottom of the firewall is a tube that drains the water out it may be clogged with dirt

It sounds like you may have unwelded the suction line to the compressor and blew the compressor out. That is not good. How a Taylor works is this: Compressor comes on and produces a lot of heat. There are 3 ways to dissipate the heat. If there is a big radiator like set of copper and aluminum finned coils near the compressor it is air cooled. If there is a water line going in and a drain line coming out, it is water cooled, the water runs the whole time the compressors are running, the third way is to have an outside remote condenser coil. I believe you have a water cooled machine. On the back of the machine is a copper fitting to hook up the incoming water lline. There is also a drain line and water will flow constantly from it if everything is running alright. It is ok for the compressor to get hot when running, it is supposed to get hot. If you broke into the freon lines by mistake, the freon is gone and it won't show pressure anymore. I don't see any way that oil would have gotten into the water cooling line. To verify which is the cooling water, the copper lines will go into the back of the machine and will be wrapped around the outside of the compressor and then back to the drain at the back of the machine. If you blew the oil out of the compressor it will very soon lock up and be destroyed. Look at the line that you cut into.

Hello there:- I presurme the water is leaking out underneath the drawer on the freezer compartment. Since there is no other prosibility where the water come from . So it must be the defrost water not running down the drain tube to the drain pan through the drain hole on the freezer side because it is blocked . Clean out this drain pan hole and the drain tube see you can sort out the problem. God bless .

The AC condensation drain tube is also located on the passenger side fire-wall towards the bottom of the fire-wall, it is there to drain the condensation from the evaporator/core plenum so that it does not flood the passenger compartment floorboard with water and it can easily be viewed from under the vehicle, and if it is cool clear water that is leaking and not hot coolant then you have no problem and that is a normal condition when the AC is operating.

If it was a coolant leak the cooling system would be low on coolant, and the engine would run hot when the coolant gets low.

These symptoms usually indicate a problem with the drain. If the drain for the evaporator is restricted it may leak, if it leaks enough it will activate a float switch that turns off the air cooling unit.

The first thing you need to do is locate the evaporator, depending on where you live and what type of home you have it will be in the basement or the attic most likely. There will be a pan under the cooling coils, if in that pan there is water then your drain for the cooling coils is plugged. Look above that pan for another drain line that is the one you need to clean out.

In the pan that has the water you will find some type of float or water switch that is keeping the A/C from coming on.

The drain is clogged up. Remove all the ice from the bottom of the freezer. Then locate the drain hole at the back of the freezer. Using a turkey baser force hot water down the drain until it is clear. Then mix baking soda with water and pour it down the drain. Hope this helps!!
