Using Scanrouter Professional on Windows XP SP2 or Vista

General system requirements

• Microsoft ® Windows 98/98SE; Windows 2000 (service pack 4 or later); Windows XP; Windows 2003 server
• Microsoft® Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (All applications beside InCD and Nero ImageDrive work in the x86 emulator that allows 32-bit Windows applications to run)
• Microsoft® Windows Internet Explorer 4.0 or later
• LightScribe support is only available for Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4 or later) and Windows XP or Windows MCE 2004 or greater operating systems

Current version is 10. There are a lot of driver differences between XP & Vista. I'd buy the new version. You could try compatibility mode but I suspect it won't work.

Installed Windows server 2000/2003/2008 on server PC
Set IP address as 192.168.0.1
     Subnet address : 255.255.255.0
     Gateway :  Blank (only if you use router)
      Primary DNS  : 192.168.0.1
      Secondary DNS : Blank

Its also known as .net framework. Its a software which few applications use for support like chat applications. Below is the system requirement for .net framework to work properly If your system does not fall under the category then you shall uninstall it.
