Most Bluetooth headsets require a passcode to sync with the phone and to make sure that is the device you want to sync with. Each of these manufactueres usually have a default passcode to use. It is usually in the manual.
For your Jabra BT2080 Bluetooth model the default code is: 0000 (4-zeroes)
Here is the link to your manual: http://www.jabra.com/sites/Jabra/GNimages/Products/WirelessHeadset/BT2070/BT2080_UM_6909.pdf
First Fully charge the BT150. Turn BT150 on by pressing the "answer/end button". To put the BT150 into pairing mode press the answer/end and volume+ at the same time to activate pairing mode. Next Set your mobile phone to detect a Bluetooth device. Press yes or ok to pair phone with Jabra BT150. Put in pass key 0000 (four zeros) Then press yes or ok. Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. Enjoy your earbud/headset.
You need to put the Car Kit in pairing mode, usually done by starting with the power off and holding the power button till the light flashed Red and Blue or solid Blue.
Then search for the car kit from your phone. Once found pair using pin code (pass key) 0000 or 1111 or 1234.
Turn ON the bluetooth headset (keep the button pressed for few seconds) and bluetooth connection of your Nokia phone. Search for the device from your phone, when found enter the pass key "0000" (its default) when prompted, set this device as authorized to pair it.
Pass keys for bluetooth pairings are usually 0000 unless the item is user configurable and the user changes it to improve security. I do not believe that headset is configurable so 0000 should work just fine.
I took my husband's suggestion and used 0000 and it worked. My husband claims it is the factory default for all bluetooth headsets. Try it and let us know if it works.
