Hi jackbrighton,
For us to be able to help you set your led watch the brand and model. Each LED watchmaker uses a different order for pressing the buttons to set their watches. You may want to try the instruction I have below in setting one of led watches. Here's how:
1. Hold the LED watch with the display upright and facing you. Push the button on the upper right side with a finger to show the time setting. Press the indented button on the left inward with the point of a ballpoint pen within three seconds to make the numbers start flashing.
2. Push the button on the upper right to move the hour forward. Digital watches advance the numbers as you hold pressure on the buttons. Note the lighted dot on the left of the hour that indicates the AM or PM period. Move the hour forward to the correct time and period.
3. Press the button on the lower right to move the minutes forward. Let go of the the button after setting the minutes to the current time and the screen will go back to its normal display in three seconds.
4. Push the button on the lower right to show the current date setting. Push the indented button on the left within three seconds to make the date flash. Push the upper right button to move the month forward and the lower right button to move the day forward. The screen shows its regular display after no button is pushed for three seconds.
5.Push the button on the upper right to read the time. Push the lower right button to view the date. Some LED watches keep the time lit for easy reading. Other watches leave the screen darkened to conserve battery power until one of the buttons is pressed.
Hope this helps.

Digital watches are reasonably priced, versatile and ubiquitous. Their electronic-based design means they keep accurate time and don't require a lot of maintenance. However, they can be frustrating if you forget how to set them when it's necessary to change the time, date, or other parameters. Here's a look at how to set a typical digital watch.
Take a look at your watch. While models and brands vary, you'll find a few things in common on almost all of them. First, they'll have different modes of operation. A typical digital watch may have modes for time, stopwatch, date, alarm and timer, to name a few. Look on your watch for a button labeled "mode." Press it several times to see what's available. Typically the watch will display the name of each mode as you push the button repeatedly. When you've found the mode you want to adjust, stop there.
Look for a button that is labeled "set" or "adjust" on your watch. The location will vary, depending on the brand of watch you own. Press in and hold this button. After a few seconds, the time (or whatever mode) you have selected will begin to flash. In most cases, you'll need to select the item you want to adjust (minutes or hours) by pressing "mode" again. Once the portion you want is flashing, you're ready to adjust it.
Press a button to advance the parameter (hours or minutes) that you've selected. This button may or may not be labeled. If it isn't labeled, you'll have to experiment with different buttons. Once you've set the first parameter, change to the second by pressing "mode." Follow the same routine to adjust. To exit, you'll typically press the "set" button.
There are thousands of digital watch styles on the market, each with slightly different setting methods. Here is a link to an outlike of a digital watch to explain the points above further.
Hope this support has been helpful?
