Hi there. To change your language to English, follow this steps.
1. Press [MENU/SET],
2. Select the [SETUP] menu icon
3. Select the icon to set the desired language
This should give you the language options. Scroll down to your desired language and select.

Some units are made for the Japanese home market and only come in Japanese. One easy way is to use a smartphone with the Google Translate app on it and use the camera feature to translate what you see. Look for Settings - Language.
However, in general, when you reset a Pioneer device back to factory settings (the 'factory reset'), the first prompts received should be for
Language setting
Time setting
and so forth. So if you hard reset it, you should get a list of options to choose from, one of which would be either
'English'
or else the Japanese equivalent
'Eigo'.
So see if you can factory reset the device. This is, on Pioneer devices (generally speaking) done by holding down one button while powering the unit On... which button in this case? I am not sure (you have not stated which model of Carrozzeria device you have), but with the model # ***** could perhaps find out more specific information.
The video here shows you how to use an app to translate Japanese. It may help you navigate through the menu in Japanese to find the language settings. Also google translate would help you to. Type in "Menu" in english and it will show you the Japanese characters.

go to setting, look for set to original manufactures settings, or go to language section change the setting, but i know if you are japanese mode than everything is in japanese form. you could try taking it to any seller of that unit and they will help you fix it for free, could call the manufacture help line ask for service.

I have compared its instruction manual in English and Japanese versions and found that the language setting part is absent in Japanese version. So that the japanese version will support only japanese.
I have asked the seller in Bic Camera shop (in Japan) and he tried to change the language in the menu, but unfortunately he could't find and change it.
