Exponential Functions in the center of a circle 9ft. in radius is a frog. it begins to jump in a straight line to the circumference of the circle. its first jump 4 ft. 6in., its second 2ft.3 in., and it continues to jump haft length of the preceeding jump. how many jumps does the frog make to get out of the circle? How can i do this exponential function for simple process?

15" circle what is outside measurement

If you would like to know the circumference of a 15" diameter circle this is the formula:
circumference = radius x 2 x pi
circumference = diameter x pi

in our case:
circumference = 15" x 3,14
circumference = 47 ,1" (that's 119,634 cm)

What is the circumference of a 15" circle

What do you mean? The circumference of a circle having a radius or 15"? If so, it will be [2 x 3.14 x 15] = 94.2".
Since circumference of a circle = 2 x (pai) x r (r = radius)

Find circumference of a circle using pi 3.14 circle has a radius of 3.2 in

The formula for circumference of a circle is c=2*pi*r, using 3.14 for pi and 3.2 inches for the radius.

c=2 * 3.14 * 3.2

Good luck.

Circle equation

If you know the center, measure the distance between the center and one point on the circumference. Measure with the opening of a compass and report on a ruler, or use a ruler.
Take the measure of the radius and multiply by 2. Any other indirect way of getting the radius does not constitute a measure but a calculation.
The diameter of a circle enters in two formulas.
Length of Circumference: C=Pi*D (D diameter) ====>D=C/Pi
Area of the disk A=Pi *D^2/4 =====>D=SQRT(4*A/Pi), SQRT is the square root operation.

I want to cut a circle where the outside line is 18 inches

To get a circle with a perimeter of 18 inches, you want a diameter of about 5.73 inches (just under 5 3/4 inches) or a radius of 2.86 inches (call it 2 7/8 inches). Get a compass, set its legs 2 and 7/8 inches apart, put one end at the center, and turn.

What is the radius of a 30'' pipe

what class are you in? Is this your home work? Anyway, You should know that
Circumference = 2 x pie x radius therefore radius - circumference / 2 x pie in this case radius = 30 x 7 / 2 x 22 = 210 / 44 Now you can calculate that fraction.
