"F21" is a Long Drain error code. This is an indication that you have an obstruction somewhere in the drainage system. Most commonly, this means there is something lodged in the drain pump or inlet line running from the wash tub to the pump. There is a white screw off cap on the drain pump that you can remove to inspect the pump impeller and clean. More than likely the filter is clogged up. Remove the bottom kick panel to get to the filter. Have some towels handy since there will be a bit of water that will come out when you open the filter. Take a look at the video above to show you how to access the pump filter.

The F06 is a drive motor tachometer failure which means the motor control is not able to see the motor is running. This can be a difficult problem to pin down, but there are some things you can do yourself if you like. Check the connections between the motor control and motor. Also check connections on the central control are all tight. Push on all of the connections and see if there is any improvement. This is almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum.
You need to locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on panel on the bottom)

For my Maytag Refrigerator Model # MSD 2756 GE, I had to hold the "Light" & "Lock/Unlock" buttons simultaneously until the "Change Filter" light went off instead of the "Water" & "Lock/Unlock" buttons.
