F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable
to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this
please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make
sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain
pump to verify that its working. Please get back to me if you have any other

The first two errors means cleaning the drain filter should solve the problem however, F23 is different so please get back with its model# so that I can help you

The F23 error message indicates a problem with the Kevin
water heating circuit. This usually means the heating element is bad or the
temperature sensor is bad. Check this image to test both temp. Sensor (NTC
Sensor) and heating element, replace the one that is bad. Without a meter
it will not be possible to determine if the problem is with the 8182666 element
for $104 dollars or it the problem is with the $11 dollars 8181705 NTC sensor. Please get back to me if

Hi CCU/Touchpad/LED assembly error (f21)
This error occurs if the touchpad/DED assembly is not able to transmit/receive data to/from the central control unit (CCU)
1. Check the touchpad/LED assembly by selecting different cycles and changing the modifiers and options available to confirm the touchpad/LED is responding 2. Unplug washer or disconnect power for five minutes. This will reset the CCU, and may reactivate the communication if the damage isn't severing. 3. Check Wire Harness connectors to the touchpad/LED assembly and Central Control Unit (CCU).

Cleared the drain pump filter last week or the week before.(rubber thing at bottom of washer behind panel) took out coins etc. Should I do this again?
How do you know if the drain pump is working? When I hit drain/spin it seems to empty the drum so that's not it.
What do you mean by the drain hose and where is it?
Where is the model number listed.
