You need to dial your voicemail (most phones have it set as 1 on the speed dial). When you are in the voicemail menu there will be options to select, you should be able to select "change greeting", this may be a category under the "voicemail set-up" option in the main menu. When you have selected to change your greeting you will be able to either record a message, set your name as the greeting, or have it read your phone number.
Your voicemail may also be switched off completely, this is usually fixed in the phone settings menu on the phone, or from your phone when you call your voicemail.
