I have ASUS P4BGL-MX 845GL (AS04P4BGL-MX) Motherboard that BIOS version is ( 05/06/2003 - I845GL/ICH4/IT8708-P4BGL-MX) now i want to update my BIOS. if it is possible plz help to me. how to update this.

you can update BIOS from BIOS updater.. BIOS updater is tool which is used to update bios on newer version...
try to download this tool from your motherboard manufacturer site..

caution:-
do not turn off your PC while updating your bios...
