The SD card is full and the camera says there are no files to view so i can't either view or upload to my computer; the SD card does not work either in my Panasonic Lumix either telling me the same error message...any ideas on how to solve this?

First of all in order to use with your casio camera it should be a toshiba, panasonic, or sandisc memory card and should be formatted with the camera before use. If it wasn't then I would recommend trying and going to walgreens or walmart and transfering your pictures from the card onto a disc and see if that works.

I have a Casio exiling EX-Z1000 and all of a sudden the screen stays blank when the camera is turned on when I have gone through set up all I get is there are no files

Hi,

please check that your camera has a properly working Sd card. If the SD card is potentially damaged, then you would not be able to view the damaged contents on the camera. Please take a few test photos and see if the display photos returns. If not, then it might be time for a factory reset.

Thank you.

Will not upload to imac 20 Casio EXILIM Digital Camera

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo management program.

How do i unlock my card

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

get an sd card reader at walmart or any other place that has some computer stuff there like 5 to 10 dollars they plug in by usb connection and are usually much faster way to get stuff off the card.

When i put my memory card in it says the card is locked never done it before how do i unlock it again

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

I uploaded pics from my computer onto my Camera SDPhotosmart M537

If I understand you correctly, you put pics onto the SD card using the computer, then put the card in the camera and now can't see the pics? Is that correct? The camera won't recognize the pics because it uses a different recording system than the computer. Now if you want to take more pictures using that card, you will need to format it in the camera first.
