Same problem...power on/off works, but the rest of the keypad does not
work. only time it operates is after you hit the hang up button and
another key, then it says" voice record memory full" and i am able to answer a call thats all please do help me with this ...

V3 mic problem
Quite often on the Motorola Razr when the keypad seems locked and the only thing that happens is the Voice Recorder comes on the solution is weird, but simple. This most often happens if you dropped the phone. If you have the hard plastic scratch guard on it, the clear plastic one that slides on and off, it gets moved just enough to lay over the edge of the voice recorder button. (The button is on the right side of the top flap.) So it goes into voice record mode whenever you open the phone. And that's why the memory eventually gets full.
Try taking the scratch guard off, and turning the phone off and on. If it works fine then, put the scratch guard back on and see if it's touching the voice recorder key. If it is, see if it will slide back to the correct position. Even if not, count yourself lucky--it's most likely the guard that got a little bent when the phone dropped. You'll have to leave it off and get a new sleeve if you're worried about scratches, but the phone should be fine.
I know: weirdly simple. But I've had 2 friends have the same problem, so I know it happens pretty often.

I have a problem with Mortorola V3 whenever iam trying to acces my phone info its gives an Error Voice Record Memeory Full nothing works on the phone except answering a call and power On and Off.

I have the same problem. I can answer calls, and the power button works, but none of the other buttons do anything. It won't let me dial out, read texts, etc.
