return it, it under warranty.. dont loss your money.. or change another board ther are a lot of board.... all motherboard 1 year warranty if you found some problem or factory defect return it dont broke the warranty..
check for the speed support of the board and graphic card there might be aclash of speed or try installing the hardware after os installation and then graphic afterwards motherboard utility
You need to Uninstall sound drivers then download microsoft UAA drivers for your O/S and install them then reboot When restarted install sound drivers through device drivers
