The F3 error code means the the oven tempature sensor has shorted out and the sensor needs to be replaced. This is what the sensor looks like
To check that it is shorted,unplug it and place meter leads at the plug on the end of it and see if the display on your meter shows 0.00 ohms of resistiance...if it does the sensor indeed has shorted out,a good normally working sensor shouls have a reading of between 1060-1100 ohms resistiance at room temp. a reading of ZERO means that the sensor has shorted and needs to be replaced. the part number for the sensor is 316490001 it could be purchased at your local appliance parts store or online at;

Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
