F-21 code several times. We clean the pump. Start again the rinse/drain and spin cicle, and now present sd code and later f-21 code. What we need to do.

Your washing machine is fully automatic?
the washing cycle is normal?
if yes do the same maybe it will help you.
for the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the filter of your drain pump, how? remove the cup of your drain pump like a ordinary cup, screw it clock wise or counter clock wise.
Remove drain pump filter and clean it, some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any small item that coz of clog up.
if your washing machine dont have drain pump ,but fully automatic check the drain motor if running or not? how? open the back cover for top loader washing machine only, select spin cycle and press start to see the drain motor running? the drain motor is like a small box with small wire to pull the lever of the drain to remove water inside, if the motor running or pull the lever of the water pipe but water still inside the washing machine, remove the drain cup or cover and clean it or check if have coin or cloth inside that coz of clog or water stuck,
if the drain pump or drain motor is weak this is will cause and long time draining or totally not running the drain pump or drain motor and its cause of totally stop the cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because all fully automatic washing machine, after washing cycle the drain pump or drain motor must be on, to remove water before start the next cycle. rinse or spin cycle.
check in the manual for the error code most of washing machine if the error code is in users manual its means its only minor problem,but if the error code is not in users manual its means you need to call an service technician to not waste your money or time if you do by your self.

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Sd is the error code for suds lock. If suds are detected continuously by the pressure switch during the
drain or spin phases, the washer will fill 4 liters of water and during 5 minutes the unit will rest without tumbling, the water will be drained and it will try to spin or drain again. The SD code indicates the possibility of too much detergent being used. Run a rinse and spin cycle to remove detergent residue. Then run a normal cycle without detergent.
Items to check if it is occurring at the end of the cycle would be to check the drain line and waste outlet for plugging or kinks and check the wiring harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch and CCU (Central Control Unit). It may be necessary to check and clean the drain pump filter.

After 4 minutes the "Sd" error will be displayed, and then 4 minutes later the F21 error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the display. Please Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. If the drain hose if fine then unplug the washer and check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects. To access the drain pump and filter remove the front kick panel and trace the drain hose to the bottom of the washer, drain pump would be located there. If you are not able to access it, then replace the back panel as well. Plug in washer or reconnect power. If the issue is still not resolved then you would need to replace the drain pump.

Press the pause cancel button 2 times this should clear it. If it does not and the filter and drain hose are clear you will need to replace the pump.

"F21" is a long drain error code. This is most commonly caused by something obstructing the drain pump, or drain lines. The following link explains:

I would begin by checking the drain pump reservoir for small debris. You would be amazed as to what finds its way into these pumps. The link I provided also gives instructions on how to check the drain pump.

If you clear the drain pump and the problem still presists, verify all the drain lines are clear. If all these preliminary checks still result in an error code, more than likely the drain pump is damaged and requires replacement.
