My kid is back from camp with her Polaroid A500. She had a 4GB card (which may be the problem, per you other answers). Hundreds of pix are visible when you view them on the camera, but only 7 appear when you try to move them to PC--either by removing the SD card or by using the USB cable attached to the camera. Any idea how to get the photos off? No pix appear on the camera without the SD card.

SOURCE: Putting Internal Pic's on the SD card

Well one option would be to download the images from the cameras internal card to your computer and then transfer them to the card. I have a card reader so it would be easy to do, or if your computer has a slot for the card that would work too. Or, just hook your camera up to the computer and use the image downloading wizard that pops up in XP. Or, if it doesn't show/pop up, just hook up camera to 'puter via cord & then click on my computer and you'll see the camera listed. Move image files & then you may need a card reader to transfer images to xd. Not sure why you would want to keep them on the XD card except to transport them around to another 'puter.

SOURCE: Camera turns on for a few seconds, then off.

A light rap with a knuckle when powering up fixed the problem, at least temporarily. Lens extended, camera works fine. Not exactly a technical fix, but it worked for me.

Please can you assist with a polaroid gps kids watch, sim card was registered previous and no other sim card wants to work

Hello, Nicolene -

To clarify what you are asking about . . .

The SIM card you have for a Polaroid GPS Kid Tracker Smart Wristwatch has been registered by a previous owner? Or, do you mean you registered the SIM card and it does not work with the watch you have?

Just in case . . . this is the link to the Installation Guide for the Polaroid GPS Kid Tracker Smart Wristwatch:
https://kidssmartgpswatch.com/pages/faq

If the SIM card you are trying to use in the watch was registered previously by someone else, then, you either need to find out how to change that registration or you need to register a new, different SIM card.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer and ask your questions:
[email protected]

By the way, your question landed in the Fixya category for Polaroid Cell Phones.

Best wishes.

I have polaroid t737 i lost the cd drivers and

Greetings,

I would take out the SD memory card and use it with a card reader like this one: http://bit.ly/5fruhB . You simply take out the SD memory card and put it in the card reader. Then put the usb end of the card reader into your computer and download the pictures that way.I also recommend that you download Picasa, a free photo organizer/editor for your pictures: http://bit.ly/5f6HEt This way you bypass the lousy Polaroid software altogether. Hope that was helpful,
Take Care,

JVC EVERIO CAMECORDER

Have you recently added an SD card? My Everio was doing the same thing. I found out a co-worker had added a new SD card with more memory. In looking at the user guide, the card was not listed as one that was "guaranteed compatible". I removed the new card and the camera is back to starting up fast and no HDD error. Even though I was not storing data to the SD, it was apparently causing data access problems for the HDD.
