iN FACT i HAVENT ACCEPTED YOUR SOLUTION YET BECAUSE i ASSumed that the $12 was for the solution and not for a fowarding to another cost before I got somewhere.
The problem I actually have is that I believe I may have incorrectly pressed a button and now I cannot record anything. I have had the device for over 2 years and never had a problem - I really only needed help to be able to record again - not all the extras the device might be able to do.
If you can help with this without further expense then thats fine - otherwise I will try to find a dealer here in perth Australia.
