Frozen Pronto My Pronto is frozen. When I touch an icon on its screen, in the top L/H corner it changes from "Connecting" to "Command Failed". In the top R/H corner, to the left of the battery charging indicator is a small red X. My plasma screen has no picture but has sound. To stop the sound, I have had to switch off my amplifer. Help

Hi

Thankyou for the offer, but I finally fixed it.

I searched high and low on the Internet and finally found a document that led me to believe it was WIFI problem. I reset (switched off and on) the WIFI receiver, and removed/replaced the battery in the remote control and hey presto. it worked and is still working.

Frozen mail box

Try force quitting the Mail Application.

You can do this by going to the Apple logo in the top left corner of your screen, click Force Quit, and select Mail. Then, try relaunching.

You can also get to it by pushing Command + Option + Esc on your keyboard at the same time.

If all else fails, try restarting. Checking for the latest system updates never hurts either (but, make sure you backup first!)

Philips pronto now 5 years old --touch screen has become unresponsive. what to do?

There should be a reset button on the back or under the battery cover. if that doesn't work, then you can try to connect to the computer and reload your program. If you don't have the software you can find it at the phillips website. If you can't find the website email me the model and I'll try to find for you.

Screen is frozen on N97 - keyguard switch not unlocking keys

My itouch screen is frozen and I cannot unlock it.

plug the usb cable from your computer to your itouch. then use itunes. itunes will do the job automaticly.
