I suggest that you clear your browser's cache, internet files and browsing history.

For Mozilla Firefox:

Tools > Clear recent history. Check all the boxes then hit Clear Now.

For IE:

Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Browsing History (click Delete). Select Delete Files, Cookies, History and Passwords.

Click on TOOLS...INTERNET OPTIONS,,,,DELETE BROWSER HISTORY

On the internet, assuming your using Internet Explorer, you would go to Tools (on the menu bar) and click on "Delete Browsing History..."

On your Computer you can try using Disk Cleanup. It would normally be located in the Start menu (windows button):

Start (windows button) --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Cleanup

If you mean all the internet history and you are using IE7/8 then follow this instruction >>>>>

Open IE7/8 and select tools tab on the right hand side. In the general tab where it says Browsing history just click on delete.

There is also an option to delete your history when you close IE.
