We bought an elongated smooth sided Jacuzzi toilet and it is leaking clean water from the back toward the wall

Could be a few issue. First check at the back where the tank sits on the bowl, reach underneath or look with a flashlight if you can to see between the tank and the bow, pay attention to the bolts in particular, if you see any water dripping down the bolts or between the tank and the bowl, the tank to bowl gasket ir bowl gasket bolts are leaking, and need to be replaced. Also look inside the bowl when its flushing, no water should be splashing up over the edge of the tank. Also inspect underneath the fill valve that gasket could also be leaking, or the supply line could be leaking.

I flush the toilet, tank fills up and cuts off, but the water leaks out, then the tank cuts back on to fill up and this is a vicious cycle.

Go to the hardware store and get a new flush valve flap made by Korky and install it. Your flush valve flap has worn out and allowing water to leak through.

Super low water level in bowl decreases after flush refills

First, fyi, adjusting the knob? in the tank, or the fill level will not increase the amount of water in the bowl. The bowl fills to a certain point, and then as more water is added it starts to go over the built in trap, and down the drain. When you flush the toilet, all the water in the tank dumps into the bowl, and the existing water is pushed over the trap and down the drain. All of this being said it sounds like you may either have an internal crack, between the bowl and trap; you may have a crack that is draining under your toilet, (water spots?), or you have a more serious plumbing issue, improper venting, which is causing a vacuum, and pulling the water out. Hope this helps.
