Usually email providers have a method to recover an email address that can no longer be accessed by the owner. If you have a web email provider or a 3rd party email provider like gmail, hotmail, yahoo - you can simply click "forgotten password" or "forgotten username" on the login page. If order for these to work though - you'll have had to have set up the account with security questions or alternate email addresses for the info to be sent to you to view. If you did not do either, you will have to try guessing the password or username or contact the provider's support people. Ultimately, if you can not provide proof that you own the email account I'm afraid your access to it will be lost.

If however your email is provided by your internet service provider (ISP) such as Comcast, Cox, ATT, Verizon, etc., you should be able to regain access to the email account by contacting the ISP's tech support people.

Comcast email support to update email:

• Sign in to My Account.
• Click the Users tab at the top of the page.
• Select the user you want to add an email address for.
• In the Personal Contact Information section of the user page, click the Edit button next to the Additional email.On the next page, click Add a personal email address. (Note: If there is already a personal address associated with the username, you can click Remove and start these instructions over.)
• Enter and re-enter your email address. Click Add Email.
• We'll send a verification link to validate your new email address. For your security, your email verification link will expire in 72 hours.

Note: Your comcast.net email address will remain your default preferred address until you update the setting in My Account. To know more you can contact Comcast Business Internet Support Number.

Did you change your internet provider from at&t to comcast? If so, try using your comcast email address as the user id and rest your password.

Log on to Facebook using your old email address, click the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right, click "Settings," click the "Edit" to the right of the "Email" line, and change your email address.

try trueswitch.com It does most of the major isps, verizon comcast att it will copy your adress book to new email and send everyone a generic email with new email address will need to set up new email 1st cause it will ask email and passwords for both accounts it will forward all emails for 30 days (if old email still active) and even cancel the old email for you after 30 days

Contact Verizon they can help you with this.

If your outlook is set up to download emails from comcast.net then go into your outlook program, click on tools, goto accounts. click on the mail tab. Delete your account there.

If your outlook program uses a different email address other then your comcast.net email address you should go into your youtube profile and change your contact email address to the comcast.net email address.
