If you're looking for a site to download Excel, you might as well try the Office 2010, you can download it and try it for free for 60 days. You can download it from Office.microsoft.com, just look for Home and Student office 2010, and you can now open the excel file that you have.

Download it, install it, and run it.
If Microsoft Office 2003 is installed on your computer, then PRODUKEY will tell you what license-key was used when Office was installed.
Or, access http://office.microsoft.com and search for "Word Viewer" or "Excel Viewer" or "PowerPoint Viewer", and download and install these programs.
