Use your MS Office installation CD and install MS Office again.
If you have lost the installation CD and the product installation code then you have a problem.
MS Office is not a free program.
You will need to purchase a copy of MS Office to get the product installationkey.
For an alternative free program, OPEN OFFICE is a full-featured officesuite that's compatible with Microsoft Office.

Not enough memory ALL THE TIME!!

how big is the drive?
how much space do you have free?
how big is your paging/virtual memory file?
how big is your recycle bin?
all of these take space too.
you will need approx 20% of drive space free if it has a system installed on it.
i think you may need a bigger drive or another one for files etc so the system can run unobstructed.

It means that you do not have enough unused disk space on your computer to install Microsoft Office 2007. You'll probably need to uninstall more applications but try using something like ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ to help you free up disk space
