Did you replace a lightbulb on the hood? What wattage did you install? It requires a 20W not a 50W. It needs a new fuse.
The fuse is located ABOVE the hood in the pipe duct.
Order 8A 250W glass fuse. (1/4" x 1-1/4") GEAppliance part
WBX02X10646 Range Hood Fuse. They are hard to find.
Turn off circuit breaker. Remove the stainless steel duct or slide it up to access the fuse box above the hood. Open the black fuse box with screwdriver. Replace the small fuse. Turn on the Circuit Breaker to test the fan, and lights. Turn the CB back off and replace the fuse box cover and stainless steel duct
Use stainless steel cleaner to remove dirt and grease marks on duct. Turn on the CB for everyday use. Good Luck.

Sorry but I posted the wrong model ID. It is a ZV750SY.
As I've already said, the model is ZV750SY, NOT ZVB36SHSS.
