..ok, here is the current manual for the DS4121-4:

..that site should have your manual by serial number.

Remember "5.8 GHz" is the frequency of operation, and it is above what
they call the SHF (Super High Frequency) range that begins at 3000MHz (UHF TV for instance starts at 300MHz)..or in the "microwave
range".

please help me out

The volume is too low (person who loaned me this VTech 5.8 mhz, Model CS5111 did not have the manual to go with it). Unable to determine if phone volume is adjustable.

need copy of manual for vtech 5.8ghz cordless phone with 2
additional handsets in english.

The 6125-2 only supports 2 handsets.
