I need a manual for a new Poulan 3.5 electric chainsaw, or, failing that, I need instructions on what kind of oil to use on it, and whether I need separate oil for the chain.

You shouldn't need any other oil than the oil to keep the chain and bar guide oiled (pressing down on the button adds more oil to the chain/bar). You can use standard Bar and Chain Oil, or probably pay a little more and use the Poulan brand oil, but in my experience, any bar oil for chainsaws will work, and the larger the container you buy, the less per ounce you will pay. Remember this is NOT an automatic oiling system, so it will be cheaper in the long run to remember to press that button than to replace the chain/saw if it overheats.

How to adjust oil to chain on poulan 18" 42cc chain saw

Poulan chainsaws are at the cheap end of the spectrum when it comes to good chain saws. I had the same chainsaw and there is no oil adjustment. Basically, the Poulan oil feeders just drool onto the chain....whether it is running or not.

What oil do we put into the poulan 3.0 peak hp

I assume you are referring to the Bar/Chain oil?
That would be Almost any Available brand chainsaw Bar and Chain oil, If that is not available you can use New uncontaminated SAE 30 motor oil.

We need a manual to help replace the fuel line on a Poulan Deluxe Super 25

You do not need a manual; exactly like the video that follows:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r3706813-2_cycle_fuel_system_repair
No primer or second carburetor connection. Be kind to the oil pump; they are no longer available.

All fuel components are on the "Ignition, Electrical & Flywheel" print here (filter and hose are available):

My Poulan E300 Electric Chainsaw stop oiling the chain and bar

All are plumbed the same to my eye. I assume you cleaned and tested the oil pick-up within the tank. If everything you say is true if the pump is driven it should oil.
1. What causes the pump to pump? I cannot tell from the IPLs. If gas and not gear driven, an impulse line (pressure/vacuum) from the crankcase drives it. There can be no impulse line on an electric and I see no gear. Does it rotate to pump oil? What imparts the rotation?
2. What purpose does item 27 (pinion) serve? Is it supposed to drive the pump? Is it missing teeth?
3. What is the purpose of item 44 (check valve). If it is an oil tank vent, and not opening, you are creating a vacuum in the tank if the pump is operating. Loosen the oil cap and see if it oils. If yes replace the check valve.

I think Joe Schmoe is saying Poulan redesigned the oil system to eliminate all the hose couplings. It makes sense, one hose from oil pickup (filter on hose end in tank) to bar is much less likely to leak, also no restrictions for any particles in the hose to form a clot on. I see nothing on my research to support Poulan doing that. There are a couple of new models that I cannot find an IPL for so it is possible. I have headache JK. If this does not solve it is not because I did not give it my all. Please post back (below) with success or failure. If successful what was the cause. TIA

Need to know gas oil ratio on poulan micro xxv deluxe

Fuel/Oil Mixture
  1. Use a quality 2 cycle oil and mix it to the OIL supplier's recommended ratio. Today I use Stihl 2 cycle oil mixed @ 50:1 in a Pioneer that I purchased new in 1980. There are no gouges or scratches on the piston or cylinder and I have no carbon build up on the piston top. The manual (on stone tablets) recommends 24:1. Over the years the mixture has leaned from 24:1 (Saw Recommendation) to 28:1 (Lawn boy mower recommendation) to 32:1 (Oil provider 8oz/2gal - used for many years) and finally the last 5 (±) years 50:1 (Stihl 2.6oz/1gal)
  2. Any fuel containing ethanol is not good with chainsaws. Mix what you expect to use within a few months. Anything over 6 months old use up in a 4 cycle engine. HTH
