The HP Deskjet 6540 series printer has two print cartridge status lights. The left light corresponds to the left print cartridge, and the right light corresponds to the right print cartridge.
HP Deskjet 6540 will not support Wireless network connectivity.

Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable 2.0 compatible. The HP Deskjet 6540 printer includes two USB ports. One port is located at the back of the printer and one is located at the front for easy access.

Download it and save it in a specific folder in your computer. Afterwards, go to that folder, double click on the driver you just downloaded, follow installation instructions and you are ready to go.
