Locked up Hello, I have the Olympus VN-4100 voice recorder. I started to record when I noticed that the device would not turn on. I then replaced the batteries and the letters CHK came on the screen then immediatly the letters ERR came on and I can't seem to get the unit to clear its self. HELP!! This unit is my life line...

The ERR message can only be corrected by holding in the DISP/MENU and STOP buttons for two seconds, which results in all the material on the recorder being erased.
