I dont know if there is a way to reset it... Look up the manual for the CQVX100U on the internet, and see if there is a procedure... If not, contact Panasonic customer service 1-800-211-7262

Happened to me to just turn it of, like take the front off and make sure your car has been running for a while and its not cold outside then turn it back on and put it in, mine works but when its cold out it wont till the car warms up. Pretty **** man
