I assume you mean you CAN'T get volume back afer hitting MUTE on the remote. I also assume you have tried to hit MUTE again, and INCREASE VOLUME and they also do not work. Easiest first try is to change remote batteries and clean battery contacts, and cross your fingers. If you are using a programmable Universal Remote, you may need to try an alternate programming code ... sometimes the wrong code allows some functions to work and not others. If you can get your hands on a second remote, try it again and if it works, then your first remote is broken. If not the remote, as a guess it sounds like the mute circuit is latching-up (the electrical equivalent of a stuck switch). This can be caused by anything from a bad transistor (or IC) to a bad capacitor to ground on the mute circuit. If you can locate the mute circuit on the board you can try replacing these parts (a transistor or capacitor are probably inexpensive enough to try - an IC is probably not worth it, and you will live without the convenience of a working mute). You can also try to reheat the solder joints on the circuit board for the Mute Circuit section of the board -- just re-liquify the solder and get a shiney connection. If you have a bad connection or cold solder joint it could cause the problem. Obviously, DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO AVOID ELECTRICUTION - sets hold a pretty stiff charge even after unplugging them, and can really hurt if you get zapped.

Tv loses sound after around 45minutes of being swiched on

there may be problem in your amplifier or the mute signal or the input signal from processor or speakers, First you have to check the audio output from the processor by using another external amplifier... connect it to the correct audio out pin of processor( these are R,L audio written in pcb near the processor lead that carry) if there is sound moreover than 45 minute....... replace the external amplifier and connect it to its own amplifier.... disconnect the own cabin speakers and connect another sp. and check... if there is sound break after45 minute.... replace the amplifier ic(may beTDA7297) if there is still have the problem, check the amplifier circuite suitable for your ic and dissconnect the mute connection from processor and make a connection to the +ve or ground follows as the circuit(means give external mute signal to amplifier dont from processor)......

I pushed a button and lost all sound, what should i do? is there a reset button to get going again?

The "MUTE" function on your remote control has been activated. To deactivate the "MUTE" function, simply press the "MUTE" button on your remote control. (Make sure the volume control is turned down to avoid damage to your system.) If you misplace or lose your remote control, you will have to purchase a new remote control unit, as there is no duplicate function on the front panel of your stereo. Unplugging the stereo will not deactivate the muting circuit, as the microprocessor "remembers" if the muting circuit was active prior to being turned off or unplugged. If you need to purchase a remote control, you may order one directly from our parts office.

I can't play or hear any sound on my pc

Check to make sure all devices are plugged in the back of your computer, .and sometimes the wires coming out of the back of your speakers will come lose, so unplugging then plugging back in solves it. there are usually 2 places in the back of hardrive for speakers to plug in..yellow and red (picture of microphone) so try the one it is not in.
Check your computer volume settings on your toolbar (by your clock) to make sure the speakers arent set to mute or off.

When sound is mute and do hibernate then you lose audio, to fix make full restart :(

When u mute the sound in your system and put it in HIBERNATION windows save this settings and thats the reason why u are not getting any sound so until you start it again the setting will be saved and you have to unmute it so to get the sound. Because HIBERNATION is a windows state which u can say PAUSE AND SAVE your settings and when you start up your system it will be the same settings. Unless and until u completely start it all over the sound would not be coming....
