When I try to set Samsung GT-19003 to factory setting, it says Mobile tracker is on. When I try to deactivate that option, it ask for password. I give 00000000, but it says it is wrong. I have not yet change factory default password. What shall I do now?

Factory reset your setting it set all passwords to default which is 00000 or try to enter 01010101 as the code

Just go to Menu-->Settings-->Security-->Mobile tracker
There enter the Password and Confirm
Activation - set two recipient numbers with country code click 'save'
Next you'll get some conditions, press OK
