We had a power failure for a few hours. Now one of the three phones, is constantly ringing. The other 2 are not. I tried replacing the batteries. that didn't help. Any ideas?

If it totally loses power (batter and external PS), it will reset on power-up. Beeping indicates extension number ("0" by default) conflicts with another phone. Set the extension (via Program) and it will be quiet. If it totally loses power (batter and external PS), it will reset on power-up. Unfortunately for me, this hasn't stopped the beeping. Why doesn't AT&T have more info on this!?Unfortunately for me, this hasn't stopped the beeping. Why doesn't AT&T have more info on this!?

Sounds like your alarm system. If you know how reset it or unplug it and plug it back in see if that helps or you can always just leave it unplugged. That should stop the beeping.
Ours just started doing this exact same thing this past Friday - 12/11/09. What's going on? The cook power just starts beeping all by itself and going from 10 down to 1 over and over again. It may stop momentarily, but then starts again within a minute or so - it's constant until we unplug it. We plug it back in and within a few minutes it starts doing it again. What gives?
it means yu lost your phone communication. push the system status button after it says the tme problem it will beep. then press disarm o clear. if ou cant clear it you ned to have some 1 check if you still have a phone connction
Unplug your refrigerator from the ac outlet, and 0open theref door for approx. 5 minutes. Then plug it again, after you hear the beeping close the door. wallah it's fixed.
possibly..you have unpluged or dislodge you power cable from the outlet or from the power plug shuye at the back of your ups.. double check all the plug and re plug all your power cables !!!! make sure they are tightly pluged in and firm in their outlets..
