You'd better ask your providers or check the user manual. if you buy it from online solar power store, just sent them an email.

My battery charger is blinking geen not red when I’m trying to charge it. What does that mean?

Hi Linda.
not sure if this will help you out,i found this on the internet.
Battery Charger Troubleshooter
When there is a battery failure, there is a possibility it was caused by a bad battery charger. When the charger is only plugged into the wall, it should show a green light. If there is no light showing, confirm that the outlet is good. If the outlet is good, it is very possible that the issue is with the battery charger, not the battery.
If the charger is plugged into the battery only, it should show a green light. (If you have purchased a new charger within the last year, you will not get a green light if the charger is only plugged into the battery. You will get a green light however if the wall charger is just plugged into the wall and not plugged into the wiring harness) If it does not show a green light, it is likely that the charger is not making contact with the battery. The most likely reason for this is a faulty fuse on the wiring harness. This fuse is a 2-amp automotive fuse, and it should be replaced with a 2 or 3-amp fuse available anywhere that sells auto parts. The fuse can blow out if there is a short in the charging system, or if the plug-in end of the wiring harness comes in contact with a battery terminal.
When the charger is plugged into both an electrical outlet and the battery, there should be a red light showing on the charger. A red light showing indicates that the charger is in contact with the battery and is actively charging the battery. Once the battery has reached a voltage level that is considered "fully charged" the red light changes to green. If after 24 hours the light has not changed to green there is no cause for alarm! Remember that when the light is red, the battery is being charged, and you will be able to use your system. After 24 hours or so, your battery is as charged as it is going to get, and if the light is still showing red you should disconnect the charger and go fishing. Replacement chargers and parts can be purchased directly from MarCum's website.
If you are really concerned about your battery, consider getting a basic volt meter to check the voltage of your battery. They can be bought for less than 20 dollars and will show you exactly what the voltage level of your battery is. If after 24 hours of charging your battery should have at least 12 volts (ideally 13-14 volts) and as long as it is over 12 volts it will work. If it is not at or above 12 volts you should consider replacing the battery. If your unit starts to malfunction while you are fishing, it would not come as a surprise that the voltage has dropped down to 11 volts or lower.
If the charger is plugged into the wall and battery, and you get a blinking light on the charger, it is very likely that the battery is faulty and should be replaced.
Batteries are an expendable item, and must be replaced periodically. Any store that sells ice fishing electronics will stock suitable batteries. You can also buy them at a specialty battery store, or by ordering one from our website.The batteries that you should use are the "Sealed Lead Acid" variety, they are 12 volts, and range from 7 to 9 amps. The more amps the battery has the longer it will run on a full charge. Your MarCum unit can be powered off of any battery that is 12 volts, even a large automotive or deep cycle batteries will work.

The red light on my mouse keeps on blinking

Here's a guide;
What do the battery lights mean on my mouse? Some keyboard and mouse models feature a battery light that shows the current status of the batteries. The following table describes the different lights and states.
Light
Device Model Status Single long green blink Rechargeable Batteries are good. This occurs when batteries are first installed or every time that the device is turned on. Slow green blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and is charging properly. Steady green Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station and does not need additional charging. Steady green Presenter Mouse (Japanese version) Laser pointer is on. Red/green blink Wireless Device is discoverable (trying to connect to the transceiver). Slow red blink Non-rechargeable Batteries are low and need to be replaced. Slow red blink Rechargeable Batteries are low and need recharging. Fast red blink Rechargeable Device is docked in the charging station, but there is a charging error.
Reasons for errors: The wrong type of battery is installed; the battery or batteries are missing; or the battery connection is bad.
Solutions: Make sure that the correct battery or batteries are installed, and are installed correctly. If necessary, remove the batteries, wipe them with a clean cloth, and reinsert them. Steady red Presenter Mouse (Standard version) Laser pointer is on.

Charger was working fine but now no longer turns on

If under warranty have it repaired/replaced. If not under warranty then some basic troubleshooting. Most likely a battery issue howerver;

To test the fencer output you can power the fencer from either a standard 6V lantern battery (6V fencer) or a standard 12V automobile battery (12V fencer). You need to rig wiring observing polarity.

To test battery, remove and check voltage with digital volt meter.
A fully charged 6V SLA battery should read 6.2V minimum and a 12V should read 12.4V minimum. If a 6V battery measures 4 volts or less then battery has likely failed. Likewise if a 12V battery measures 10 volts or less it has likely failed. Before replacing a suspect failed battery, connect the battery to any standard 6V/12V automobile charger and see if it will take a charge. After the charging period;

  • If battery takes a charge, reinstall back in fencer and see if fencer output is hot. If fencer fails output, repair/replace fencer. Else verify the fencer is charging the battery. While battery is installed in fencer measure battery voltage with a digital volt meter. Typical minimum voltage is 13.5V for 12V and 6.7V for 6V. If fencer fails to meet minimum battery charging voltage, likely the fencer solar charging system has failed, repair/replace.

  • If battery fails to charge, likely battery is end of life. However fencer could still not work. Test fencer with alternate power source (see previous tests). If fencer ok, replace battery.

How do i hook up gallagher s20 solor fence

Jill, If there are only two wires, and the battery is already connected to the solar panel, and the solar unit or the fence is not connected to anything else, then it doesn't matter which is which. However, if you are hooking to the battery or to something else, then it DOES matter. That said, the universal color code is green for ground and red for hot.
Good luck.

I rec'd a The Sharper Image digital photo album with keychain as a gift two years ago. I have installed the 55 pictures from my pc to the unit. This unit will only work if I keep the unit plugged into...

It is for sure a battery related issue ..either the battery do not have contact like it should with the main board ...or it is damaged..and do not hold the power anymore...(it is possible if it was kept uncharged and not used..or not formatted well in the first place..
try to open it up and see if it is any visible loose contact ...and also to see the properties of the battery to get a replacement or at least one that fist with the same characteristics..

Inverter will not switch to invert when the ac power is turned off

I am assuming that no fault lights are showing on the remote panel, but if they are, then those indicate a problem, e.g. overtemp, or AC overload. If the former, allow the unit to cool down and/or provide more ventilation, and if the latter, reduce the AC load by turning things off. The inverter must be in "standby" mode (green inverter light slowly flashing) for the inverter function to come on automatically when the incoming AC is shut off. Also, the battery bank voltage must be between 10V and 15V for a 12V system, the inline battery fuse must not be blown, and the unit's pop-up breaker (on the right front of the box) must not be tripped.

The battery backup side is not working other side works

Its most likely caused by a dead, failed battery or a bad connection with the battery inside the unit.

Double check the connections inside the unit to ensure the battery is connected properly. If it is, take a volt meter and measure the strength of the battery. A 12v ups battery should read about 13 volts.

Red fault light comes on after about 10 mins and

Had a similar problem with the same inverter BUT to include a failing cooling fan.

NOTE:
Take it back and get your money back as soon as possible.

Replaced it with a pure sine inverter 1500 watt that is kicking **** 24 seven days a week on my solar / wind power system.

RECOMENDATIONS:

UPGRADE.

Hope this tip helps.
