My plotter says remove roll from sheet path beware spam number 1*800*532*4187

Hello,
This could be an issue with paper jam in the printer or out of paper sensor. Open the top cover (with HP logo) and check if any paper is stuck inside the printer, specially in the corners. This could also be an issue related to roll loaded in the sheet slot.
Please click the link below to download the user guide which will help you understand this better.

A1 rotation from A0 roll

I could't understand the question exactly..I will try my level best, it may helps you..
T770 plotter having three media paths..
1. Sheet path
2. Roll 1
3. Roll 2..
After initializing, printer will ask to load the media, you have to specify the desired media selection ie sheet, Roll1, Roll2..
If U R selected roll one, message appears on screen "Open Roll 1 cover", you have to follow the message, once the paper is loaded in the path, printer has to detect the paper,it has to pull inside with the help of the roll feed motor..
In this case If UR selected Roll 1 on printer screen & inserted Roll 2 media, printer will runs Roll 1 motor, not roll 2 motor.. This problem U might be facing..
If my suggestion is not helping U, pl let me know exact problem what UR facing...

Remove roll from sheet path how

This is one of frequent error in this series.

as you know two types of media paths 1. roll media 2. Sheet media. In sheeteet media loading area, you can observe 'u' shaped(extremly right side where sheet media sits) plastic mould which paper passes through in it. This palstic mould contains paper sensor to sence the sheetmedia. If this sensor is dusty, printer will treats that sheet path accupied by media. The best method to clean this sensor is to blow pressure air in this sheet path area.bicycle pump is best for this process.. try it...

Red and green light turn after first run

Its common problem in T Series Plotters:
Cause of malfunction: These plotters having separate sheet path as well as roll path for print media. After initializing plotter its verify the available media(sheet or roll). If sheet path is occupied by the media it wont allow the roll media, means first priority is for sheet. If sheet path paper sensor dusty or malfunction, printer will say "remove paper from sheet path" even no paper in sheet path..
How to shoot this problem:
You need to clean sheet path sensor located at sheet loading area.(black 'U' shaped part) Applying the pressured air at sensor is the best method to clean.. If problem remain you need to remove the sensor & clean or replace it.

My lexmark interpret S405 is showing the message "paper jam" and this is recurring. I remove the paper turned off the printer then turned on, it again shows the message paper jam when there is no...

Leading cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:

1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.

2. Grab a flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.

3. If you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.

4. If feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover and remove the cartridges.

5. Check the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path or the paper path.

6. If cartridge area is clear, close the cover.

7. Rebrick (pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).

8. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print again.

How to do remove roll from sheet path?

Its malfunction of sheet path paper sensor due to dust, don't open any thing just high pressure air pump required(ex bicycle pump)blow on sheet paper path sensor located just left above of paper roll path(look black "U" shaped, blow air in it.. check it will get resolved... Reason:the IR paper sensor shell having very small path(holes both side) to run the IR beam to other side, if the dust accumulate on IR diode the rays unable to travel to other side, result malfunction of sensor, if we blow presser air on it, dust will clean & sensor will work normally.. Its not funny remedy..it will work try it...

My wife tried to print on T-Shirt tranfers meant for ink-jet printers, and they melted onto the fuser roll, and it stinks. I need to remove the fuser assembly and clean it, but could use some instructions....

This might help. I did the same thing with my laserjet printer.
Staples has laserjet cleaning sheets. I ran several sheets through the printer after I pulled most of the transfer paper out.
The sheets are one use sheets so, you will need a few. They are impregnated with cleaning fluid on textured paper.
These sheets clean the entire paper travel path.

Hp LaserJet 1100: Runs louder than normal and continuously, BUT will not grab paper and print

Fred shine a flashlight down the paper feed throat and see if the feer roller is rotating when the printer tries to print.
I have had to replace many of the feed rolls and separation pads in this series of printer.
the tires get dirty or worn and feed multiple sheets or none at all. check for obstructions as well-sometimes the black mylar sheet which sits in front of the feed roll gets in the way of the paper path and has to be pushed in place. I have also seen paper pieces stuck next to the paper path switch which is visible after removing the toner cartridge. hope this helps.

  1. Feed the paper manually into the printer:
    1. Place a sheet of plain A4 paper in the paper feed tray.
    2. Move the paper support on the left-hand side to the left end of the paper.
    3. Press the paper feed button.
    4. If the paper does not feed, continue with step 2.
  2. Check for any obstructions in the paper feed path:
    1. Disconnect the cables from the back of the printer.
    2. Open the front of the printer and check for anything that may be blocking the paper path.
    3. Close the front lid and remove any paper from the paper feed tray.
    4. Holding the printer in both hands, turn it upside down to see if anything falls out of the paper feed area. (Sometimes objects such as pens, paper clips and so on can fall into the paper feed area and cause blockages.)

You can clean with special cleaning paper which ca be used clean the rollers............
