HELP I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIME. All the

In my experience the letters rise counter-clockwise from the 4 o'clock position.
so, A would be at 4. B at 2. C at 10 and d at 7. Usually the A is a mode selector and B, C and D control the hands and day/date (if you have them) try press B to control day/date and C for changing time forward and D for changing time backwards - whichever is the shortest way.
If you have a 12/24 mode, make sure you are in the right zone is matched with the time and am/pm setting.

Truly/Accuread DB61M Blood Pressure Monitor - how to set date and time

I found how to set the date and time on my Truly DB61M blood pressure monitor by trial and error. I suspect other Truly BP monitors do it a similar way. These monitors also seem to go under the name Accuread. It's a pity they don't make manuals readily available online.

Here's how you do it:
1. Put the monitor into the date/time setting mode by holding down the MEMO and AVG buttons together for several seconds, then release.
2. The YEAR will be displayed flashing at the top right of the display. Press the PAGE button to move through the years to the one you want.
3. Press the AVG key to move to the next field, which is the month, flashing on the left. As with the year, used the PAGE button to move through the months to the one you want.
4. Following the same procedure, set the day of the month, the hours and minutes. The monitor knows how many days are in each month, so you can't set eg 31 February.
5. To finish, press the START button (the one on the right with the red marking).
There seem to be some other settings as well as the date/time that come up if you keep pressing the AVG button, but I don't know what they are.

Time and date.

You can download the manual from the link below: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200509/20050922101326796_YPT7J-SEA-ENG1.0.pdf It seems the players date & time are set when the player is connected to your PC to transfer music. Make sure the date & time are set correctly on your PC then connect the player & it should update. You can only change the hour in case you travel & change timezones. Please update the question & let us know if the information given was useful to you - Good Luck!
