My cpi gtr 50 won't take in fuel i've cleaned the carb n the fuel but nott'n happens line

I dout its the carb setting if you mess with the screws it will be very hard to get it back to factory setting it sounds like a choke problem check your choke cable make sure its working and try to adjust it
