Hi there, I have an issue with roatating my screen image. As I was taking a nap with my Compaq CQ10-550CA netbook laying open beside me, I accidentally rolled over on the keyboard and rotated the screen. now I have to tilt the whole netbook. can u help me pls.

please put the charger back in and download and run an antivirus app like avast or malwarebytes. Afterwards, take out the charger again to check if the screen goes black. If it does, then please add the charger back, back up your files and run a factory reset on your phone.

Need more information. What exactly is the issue?

Print Screen
Use this method to print screen.
Press and hold down the Alt key and the press the PrtSc key, this places the screen image into the Clipboard. .
Open a blank Word document and then Click on Edit - Paste.
The image is then places onto this page, you can up the image by holding down the Shift key and then place the cursor on the bottom corner of the image, then press the left mouse button and drag it down to the right, release the mouse button when you have d the image to your requirements.
NOTE - Holding down the Shift button will maintain the image in the correct proportion.
You can now print this image document and or add text before printing.

when the inverter is the issue the screen will not light up at all ...and only shadows of the image can be visible in the light ..The fact that you do not have an image at all ...and the back-lights seam to kick in randomly ...seams more like a contact issue ..Check the plug of the screen and see if there are any problems there..or check for broken cables ..
(exclude the video card problems cause you have secondary image ..so all is good..)
the plug is somewhere under the front cover..in the left ..

Without a picture this is too difficult to diagnose properly. take it into your local bike shop, any competent mechanic should be able to spot the problem easily. Guessing from your description that the crankset (front cog) is too wide for your chainline and needs to be respaced, but can't give the solution without knowing what is causing the spacing issue.

Hi, if you would like to print all what apears on your screen at a given moment you can use the print screen function, you will need to hold the F or Fn key while you click on the print screen key, once you done that, all the information on your screen is copied into the clip board and you will need to paste it into an image, use paints or any other graphic software and start new image then paste into it... the new image will be set exactly to your screen resolution and you can adjust to what you like... you can now print from within the graphic program by going into the menu and selecting to print.... This treck is good only if you want to print ALL what is on the screen including your program borders and you task bar, etc... best of luck

After you get the software, you need to find a SD card which is more than 512M to copy the software to setup the software.


Please do as follows:

1. Please decompress the files , open the VT8505 folder. Then copy the file “script” to your SD card.
(Very important, you only need copy the script folder to your SD card. don't include the VT8500 or VT8505 folder.)
2. Turn off your netbook,
3. Insert the SD card to your netbook.
4. Turn on your netbook. Then the software will setup to your netbook Automatically. Usually it will take several minutes to complete setup.
5. After completed setup. It will show a windows screen calling for your to turn off the netbook.
6. Pull the SD card out off the netbook.
7. Then turn on the netbook and all shoudl work fine.
