I think if it costs for a downloadable owner's manual for a Kalorik product, and it costs to fix a problem, this is the first and last Kalorik product I will ever own. When a product is this expensive and has this poor of support, I don't want anymore Kalorik products. All it is to me is an expensive piece of junk.

VW doesn't supply free downloads of the owners manuals for their cars. You can buy one at the dealer or check eBay for a used one for about 1/2 the cost of new. You have this posted under the BMW category. in the future please post in the correct category of product.

Note, this isn't EXACTLY your product. This is model 80525000, but it should be EXTREMELY close, close enough that they didn't feel the need to make another owner's manual for your exact product. You should be able to extrapolate any differences.
