How do you refill?

Remove all pressure by keeping the hose open until no pressure is left. place pump handle down toward tank. Turn count counter clock wise to unscrew. Take assembly out of tank then fill tank. Reinstall in reverse order.

Garden hand pump sprayer not presssurising

There is probably a leak somewhere in the hosing or gasket. As you try to pump it up, take some soapy water and pour it around sealed areas of the sprayer. Look for bubbles as the sprayer leaks air. Also check the nozzle of the sprayer for a clog. Rinse it thoroughly with hot water until it has cleared any blockage.

Black and decker VP450 battery garden sprayer. not holding pressure.

Check large rubber "O" ring under pump top and outlet hose. If that is OK then probably their is an internal leak in a hose. It can be fixed if you are handy with vacuum tube or fuel hose purchase from local auto supply house. The internal hoses are 1/4" and 3/8" or metric equivalent. The pump head comes apart by unscrewing Philips head screws and separating the housing halves. Take a photo with your digital camera before working inside unit so you will remeber how it fits back together.

Tank will not pressurize after pushing the pump handle down multiple times.

the reason it might not pressurize is there might be a hole in your tank or hose to the spraier itself if it has holes in the hose get a new one put it on the tank and handle. if hole in the tank duct tape it or seal it with a sealent. but it wont pressurize with a hole because the air comes in and out of the hole. hope this helps you

Not much pressure on fimco 15 gallon sprayer - purchased new 2.1 gpm motor - it sprays but not a lot comes out - seems not much pressure - Thanks.

Is it possible that the pick-up tube inside the sprayer is clogged up, or the hose it damaged? Maybe dirt in the spray handle/wand?

How do you get pressure into the sprayer. I have pumped and pumped nothing seems to happen

IT'S AN INTRINSIC FAULT WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK. THE DIAPHRAM INSIDE THE PUMP TUBE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, THEY DON'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY WHEN BRAND NEW, BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY WON'T PRESSURISE AT ALL. BUY A QUALITY SPRAYER, THAT REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR.

LAWN SPRAYER PUMP WILL NOT SUCTION

Disconnect the sprayer boom hose from Y splitter, and dd another Y splitter, then reconnect the boom hose to one side of the added splitter. Add a washing machine supply (female/female) to the other side of new Y. now attach garden hose to washing machine line and turn on the water faucet with pump running. This will charge and/or backwash the pump. Once pressure is achieved, turn on the boom and check for fluid movement, then turn the washer supply valve on Y to off, and disconnect. The pump should be primed and be cycling fluid from tank and back to tank. Ready to shift to boom for use. I leave the washer hose and assembly zip-tied onto sprayer for easy future priming, and pump wash between uses.

Immediate pressure loss

your dip tube inside the tank has come loose or has a leak near the top. instead of fluid being pushed up the dip tube into the wand hose the air in the tank is just escaping. You will have to remove the wand hose and figure out where the leak is and fix the dip tube.
