Sorry I do not have a manual for you BUT you must always remember a resistor very rarly burns by its self as there is an underlying problen such as shorted output transistors or ICs Never ever just replace the ressitors and think that this is your only problen Please!!! Always do a static check on all diodes and transistors as well as the output Ics and diods and rectifyers as well.

Sunfire true subwoofer signature one 7.5A internal fuse keeps burning out. what are possible causes and how to repair?

If you have an ohm meter (resistance) test for 7-8 ohms across each set of speaker leads to your sub woofer. Its likely you have blown speaker (load is causing amplifier to draw to much current) or just a bad amplifier in the sub (likely not worth $ repairing vs new). To test the sub woofer speaker itself you may have to take it apart to test its resistance.

My amp powers up but no signal from it its not going in to protect mode or anything like that it just wont play

Check your subwoofer for an open line, it may have blown. The voice coil must have resistance. Also, check the wiring inside the box, and from the box to the amp, as well as the RCAs going from the head unit to the amplifier. It all of these connections are fine, send the amplifier in for repairs.

I have 2 p800@2 and was wondering if I could send them off

they can fix it. it will cost more than having a repuatble electronics repair shop do the same thing. parts express. com has MOSFETS , resistors, ETC. If you burned a trace on the amp, rosin44 core solder has flux in the solder and you can repair that yourself with an iron , solder, and a little copper wirew.

My transistor keep burning wat can be wrong

You may be overloading the amp with too much subs or to low of a ohms load that it can handle and setting it to maximium setting.

Possibility is also it is poorly soldered internally and a solder bead has short circuited the circuit board. So no matter how many times you replace the fuse it blows. Or a small metal object got inside and caused it too short too!! Send it back to Manufacturer if you got warranty or else open it up yourself and investigate the problem see if you a burned tracer and reconnect it or a burned component like a resister or capacitor and replace it with the same value at Radio Shack. You may have to learn how to solder, desolder using a pencil soldering tool. The Soldering gun is too strong and may damage it further unless your very skilled at it.
