My asus ee pc atom dual core is not starting it is showing a black screen with ASUS showing and its not booting

Remove anything that's plugged into it (USB keys, USB mouse etc.)

Try power up. If fails, continue.

Remove power supply, and battery. Hold power button for 1minute. Insert battery and power supply.

Try power up. If fails, continue.

Hook up to external monitor/tv. Power on. Can you see anything on the TV?

Remove the RAM chips. Try power up. Does it beep?

If NO then your motherboard is broken (specifically issue with CMOS)
If yes, could be graphics related.

Bring it to a PC shop for full diagnosis.

Acer Aspire 7720 beeps after awhile

If it continuously beeps after every while, must be you have some alert on software running on background, check , could be temp alert, or if you have any antivirus software, it also leads to beeping whenever it finds a virus(sometimes). Hope this helps.

My motherboard is asus and continue beeping

That can be your Graphics card beeping and not the MB. Check if the Graphics card do not need another power adapter to be plugged into it.
I assume with this answer that the beep is continuous. Other wise check the RAM

It is true that your computer is working properly without any trouble.Three continuous beeps means that your keyboard component is not ready to input the data. That's why it is calling you as beeps. You might have to check your keyboard that it is attached with the CPU properly or not.

ASUS Live update

got to --
windowsupdate.microsoft.com

if you are using Internet Explorer -
the site should tell you what the problem is. most likely you need to turn the apropriate services on.

if you are using FireFox --
you need to go to the tools menu -> Add-Ons
when the box opens click "Get AddOns" -> Click "Browse all AddOns"
this will take you to the addons download page. in the search box type in IE TABS and download and install that add on. this will allow you to use firefox on sights that require Internet Exploer, such as WindowsUpdates.
Then go to the link and follow instructions

if you still have problems, please, let me know :)
