The computer should beep ONCE when starting-up.
More than one BEEP implies either that the video-card is not responding, or that it is not fully "seated" in its slot, or that the video-cable is not tightly connected.
Try a different video-card in your desktop.
The Beep occurs only once just like before. The video card seems screwed on to the wall and not seated on slot like RAM. Is this the same area where you hook up monitor cable? Thx
It seems that the video-adapter is "integrated" into the motherboard, rather than being a separate "add-in" video-card that fits into a slot.
So, add a different video-card into the computer, and connect the video-cable to that video-card, instead of connecting it to the "built-in" video-adapter.
